UK: Bridgford Hall, a Grade II-listed mansion, in West Bridgford, Nottingham, will reopen as a wedding venue and aparthotel in June.
The property is undergoing an extensive renovation to transform it into a wedding venue and seven hotel apartments.
The three-storey Georgian building, which has been empty since January 2014, will reopen in June 2017.
Carl Bridge, owner of Birchover Residences, the Derby-based company that will run the aparthotel, said: “This area of the park is in a beautiful part of West Bridgford and people staying here will be right at the heart of the town and everything it offers. It’s a great opportunity to fill a gap in the market that a lot of people have been asking for. So many people are thrilled this building is coming back to life and for it to be re-used as a wedding venue, while West Bridgford will benefit from having a high-quality aparthotel.”
Birchover Residences has signed a 15-year lease to operate the aparthotel.</p
