Netherlands: Yays Entrepothaven will open in the Eastern Docklands of Amsterdam in November.
Yays Entrepothaven will feature 85 newly constructed boutique apartments, underground parking and a 24/7 concierge service.
The apartments vary from studios to large two-bedroom suites with interior design based on two themes, connecting to the harbour next door.
Yays says the property will be “the home of a variety of guests; families wishing to unlock the neighbourhood and experience the real Amsterdam and a large majority of corporate and international guests”.
Thomas Branderhorst, general manager at Yays Entrepothaven, said: “I’m excited about the opening of our first new-build Yays property and welcoming the first guests. With our Yays, You! recruitment event last June we already established a wonderful team and we’re now heading forward to the decoration and opening event.”
Yays currently operates several locations in Amsterdam and Barcelona with more locations to open in Paris, Amsterdam and Antwerp in 2019, 2020 and 2021.</p
