The 118-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Goleta, California opened last Friday, November 3rd. Located at 6350 Hollister Avenue, the all-suite Residence Inn Santa Barbara Goleta is owned by R.D. Olson Development and managed by Marriott International. General manager, Leslie Brickell leads the management team at the property, which is one of the area’s only all-suite, extended stay hotels.

The 117-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Fairview, Texas, opened on November 6 at 295 Murray Farm Road. Residence Inn Dallas Allen/Fairview will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Lowen Fairview LP and managed by Lowen Hospitality Management of Grapevine, Texas.
And the Residence Inn Salt Lake City – West Jordan will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Utah Hospitality of Aberdeen, South Dakota.
