Australia: Oakwood has announced the signing of Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Dandenong in Melbourne.
The development, in Barnes Capital’s Spectra Building, will be the second Oakwood Hotel & Apartments in Australia.
Opening in 2021, the 20-storey development will feature 98 rooms and apartments, F&B offerings, meeting facilities, a fitness centre, and an entertainment area.
