India: Olive Serviced Apartments has boosted its portfolio across major Indian cities to more than 500 units.
The New Delhi-based company says it is supported by a consortium of venture capital and private equity firms, and aims to become the industry leader in the Indian serviced apartment sector, with the largest inventory of rooms and highest RevPAR across the country.
In 2003, Olive launched its first serviced apartments, becoming the first supplier in Delhi/NCR. All units in its portfolio offer technical services, cleaning service, free wireless internet access, gym, swimming pool and a wellness offer.
A company statement said: “Unlike other service providers who work as aggregators/consolidators or marketing partners, we directly manage all our properties in different locations, ensuring a consistent and professional service standard that meets the expectations of our guests everywhere from India. We are also the largest provider of residential apartments in India in terms of self-catering apartments that come with their own individual kitchens. With excellent ratings and reviews on TripAdvisor and other online travel agencies such as Booking.com, etc., we are the reliable choice for rental apartments and vacation rentals in every city in which we operate in India.”
