Poland: Developer JW Construction has announced plans to develop an aparthotel network across the country.
The company, which has already completed an aparthotel project in Warsaw, plans further developments in Warsaw and Gdynia, according to supervisory board member Malgorzata Szwarc-Sroka.
“We plan to have a network of aparthotels,” Szarc-Sroka said. “We will manage most of those units.”
Under the model, investors can buy particular apartments, while JW Construction will manage the rental and operations process for them in exchange for a portion of rental income.
The company recently opened a 115-apartment project in Warsaw, with sales to be launched on June 15. Construction of another 224-apartment project in Warsaw could start this year, along with a 180-apartment project in Gdynia.</p
