UK: A dilapidated city centre office building in Glasgow is for sale as a potential site for a serviced apartment development project.
The property at the corner of West Regent Street and West Campbell Street in the city centre has planning consent in place to be demolished and apartments built in its place.
Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, on behalf of William Duncan (Business Recovery), has set a closing date of noon on 27 November for bids.
Shepherd’s Adam Honeyman said: “While the Glasgow City Council planning portal shows an attractive serviced apartment scheme, the site may also be suitable for alternative uses such as a boutique hotel, office accommodation and student accommodation scheme (subject to obtaining appropriate planning consent).”
