UK: Local property entrepreneur Mickey Brannigan has launched 15 new one- and two-bedroom apartments at the recently completed Ulsterville complex in Belfast City Centre.
The apartments are located just off the Lisburn Road, Belfast’s most affluent neighbourhood, less than a mile from the Botanic Gardens, Queens University and the Ulster museum.
The properties have been built to service both corporate and leisure guests, with a high-standard of finish and many featuring private gardens.
Brannigan said: “I’m thrilled to celebrate our first serviced apartment property and with the launch of this fantastic new development we can now meet the demand for luxury, high-end, fully-serviced apartments in one of the UK’s growing business destinations. I chose Belfast for its appeal as a global city, with a forward-thinking perspective and exceptional tourism strengths, there is and will continue to be a demand for high quality serviced accommodation in our city and I look forward to welcoming guests to Belfast.”</p
