New Zealand: Serviced apartment brand Quest has opened its fourth property in Christchurch, located on Kilmore Street opposite the city’s Town Hall.
Quest on Kilmore offers 41 rooms ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments. All come with fully-equipped kitchens and laundry facilities, as well as desk space.
An on-site meeting room has capacity for 20 people. Additional off-site amenities include access to a gym.
Adrian Turner, chief operating officer, Quest Apartment Hotels (NZ), said: “The opening of Quest on Kilmore in Christchurch is the last of the four properties we have planned for Christchurch. It will support Quest Cathedral Junction, Quest on Manchester and Quest on Cambridge and provide much needed inventory for the Christchurch market especially since the opening of Te Pae, Christchurch’s new convention centre.
“We are already seeing many advance bookings from both our existing corporate clients as well as our new clients to experience the Quest boutique apartment hotels,” he added.
Quest operates more than 160 properties across New Zealand, Australia, Fiji and the UK. The latest opening in Christchurch brings the group’s portfolio across New Zealand and Fiji to 43.
Elsewhere, Quest aims to open eight-to-10 properties across the UK and continental Europe by 2027. There are currently two locations in the UK: London and Liverpool.
