New Zealand: Quest Apartment Hotels has named its franchisee and supplier of the year at its New Zealand and Fiji Network Conference 2019.
John and Sue Harvey of Quest Newmarket in Auckland were named Franchisee of the Year, while property management software developer RMS celebrated winning Supplier of the Year.
“Both Sue and I are very proud to have received this award and to celebrate and share this with the rest of our team at Quest Newmarket who all play a huge part in contributing to our success,” said John Harvey. “We take pride in the fact that as a team we have been recognised by Quest Corporate Office for our work and our level of customer service. Our simple ethos is to keep the customer happy and they will return”, added Harvey.
Over two days, Quest Apartment Hotels New Zealand and Fiji held its annual network conference with franchisees invited to technical workshops and presentations with special interactive sessions from health and wellbeing to workshops on how to leverage brands at a local level and a business planning session with business advisor Zac de Silva.
At the awards dinner, guests enjoyed an Italian feast and a seated dinner at Villa Maria Estate Winery.</p
