UK: Quest Apartment Hotel Liverpool is set to introduce a restaurant charge back scheme for guests.

From launch in September, guests at the new property will be able to enjoy meals in Liverpool city centre, automatically charging back the costs of dining out to their hotel bill – avoiding the long-winded expense claims process.

The first restaurants to sign onto the scheme are favourites among locals and include pizza parlour Crust and Il Forno Italian.

Paris D’Allessandro, general manager at Quest Liverpool, said: “So often, business travellers never get to experience the delights of a new city but we hope this new scheme will encourage travellers to get out and enjoy Liverpool like the locals. We’re striving to make stays as easy and carefree as possible and hope this will add a lovely extra touch for guests.”

Craig Ryan, chief brand officer for Quest, added: “Guests across Australasia have been enjoying the restaurant charge back service at Quest Apartment Hotels for over 25 years. It really is a win/win scenario, whereby Quest is supporting local restauranteurs in actively promoting their businesses while guests benefit from not only receiving trusted recommendations to local dining establishments, but also provides them with just one account, making life easier for them.”</p
