Australia: Quest Ballarat Station, the company’s second property in the city, has opened its doors.

The 77-room aparthotel located on Nolan Street is the second component of the Ballarat Station Precinct Redevelopment by developer Pellicano.

The $28.3 million project will transform one of Ballarat’s heritage sites into a community, dining, and retail hub, which will include heritage-listed local favourite The Goods Shed.

Quest Ballarat Station has a mix of apartments and studios, with gymnasium, business lounge and a range of Quest services including local restaurant chargeback, the Pantry Shopping for groceries and guest laundry services. Apartments feature a full kitchen, dining area, king beds, heating/air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and microwave, spacious bathroom, workstation, LCD television and complimentary WiFi internet access.

The property will employ 12 people across guest services, housekeeping and management in a mix of full-time, part-time and casual positions.
