Cyprus: Radisson Hotel Group is set to open the Radisson Blu Serviced Apartments in Larnaca.
The serviced apartment complex was signed as part of a master development agreement with Sunnyseeker Hotels and Quality Group.
The property will have 59 units, including one- and two-bedroom apartments and studios. The ground floor will host a cafeteria serving meals and snacks, while the rooftop will have a lounge. Leisure facilities will include a gym, spa and swimming pool as well as 100 square metres of meeting and event space. The property will be close to the existing Radisson Blu Hotel, Larnaca and within walking distance of the main harbour.
In addition, a marketing trademark license agreement, one of the first in Cyprus, was signed with Praveworth, LLC as the special-purpose vehicle developing the property for the sale of individual units to investors.

In total, Radisson has four properties and more than 550 rooms in operation or under development on Cyprus.
