Room-B appoints partner compliance administrator

UK: Room-B Serviced Apartments has appointed Angelique Arnould as partner compliance administrator.

Arnould, who has been working in the company’s property partners’ team, will work to support Room-B’s compliance checks alongside Katrina Davies, Room-B’s property partners manager.

Phil Stapleton’s Room-B’s managing director said: “We believe that undertaking appropriate risk management is a crucial part of the services that we provide to our clients, we know that safety is of paramount importance for companies and individuals seeking accommodation solutions and we want to do all we can to ensure that the serviced apartment industry is seen as a sector who continue to put compliance at the top of their agenda.  We are delighted to appoint Angelique to this role; she brings to it the experience that she has gained at Room-B alongside her formal business qualifications”

All Room-B’s property partners have to satisfy the company that they are compliant with their local health and safety regulations and this is underpinned wherever possible by a visit from a member of the Room-B team, along with the completion of a compliance declaration and evidence of a current copy of insurance schedule with public liability cover.
