UK: Devon-based serviced apartment agent Room-B has added Joanne Williams and Georgia Sanders to its account management team.
Both bring a strong customer service background to the team, which is led by Jenny Brace.
Phil Stapleton, Room-B’s managing director said; “It has been an exciting few months for Room-B. Our technical innovation and quality customer service is allowing us to take best advantage of the growth that the serviced apartment sector is seeing. To ensure this continues we have invested in recruiting to some key positions in the company; in marketing, account management, property management and to our finance team.”
The company is forecasting further growth through 2015 and says it is planning further innovation and growth to support this.
