UAE: Rotana has announced the soft opening of Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana, a serviced apartment development at Dubai Creek.

Connected to the new Al Bandar Rotana hotel, the serviced apartment development shares its
meeting and conference facilities and dining lounges.

David Prince, area vice president for Rotana, said: “Dubai has been one of the best-performing markets for Rotana, where we have a strong presence with an existing inventory of eleven hotels, and several under development which will give us an additional 3,168 rooms in the city. With its forward-looking economy and continued infrastructure investments, combined with its appealing luxury, retail and tourism offerings, the emirate continues to be a magnet for both business and leisure travellers. The emirate has seen a steady growth in the number of visitors and in 2017 alone it welcomed 15.8 million travellers. With the opening of Al Bandar Rotana and Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana, we have reached a new milestone in our growth journey and the properties, situated in a prime location in Dubai, have further cemented our leading position in the hospitality industry.”

Hussein Hachem will be general manager of both properties. He said: “Al Bandar Rotana and Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana are set to redefine Dubai Creek living, where the emirate started off its magnificent journey. With their closeness to major heritage and tourist attractions, including Dubai Festival City, Dubai Museum, Gold Souk, Al Seef and Rise at Dubai Creek Harbour, the hotels make a natural choice for travellers exploring the city and also the ideal place for business travellers looking for convenience and five-star facilities in the heart of the city.”

“Our team has put in time and effort to ensure the properties meet Rotana’s benchmarks and carry on its legacy by introducing unique design and technology-driven accommodation solutions for an unmatched guest experience,” added Hachem.
