UK: SACO’s Broad Quay apartments in Bristol have won the Serviced Apartment of the Year award for the second year running.
Broad Quay has been awarded Serviced Apartment of the Year at the annual Bristol Tourism and Hospitality awards for the second year running.
Led by apartment manager Emma Granado, the SACO team were one of the 17 winners at the event.
Granado attributes SCACO’s success to “a very dedicated team approach, where each member of goes out of their way to make a real difference for all the guests”.
“The little touches can make a huge difference to a person’s stay. From personal tours of the apartments, explaining how the washing machine works, through to suggesting places to visit and eat, the whole team makes each guest’s stay as welcoming as possible. Of course, having amazing apartments also helps! Guests are truly amazed when we show them to their apartment and open the door. They just can’t believe the space, views and designer feel,” she said.
Broad Quay is also being used to provide free accommodation for the families and friends of patients at the nearby Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre, as part of a partnership with the Teenage Cancer Trust.
