Ireland: Prem Group is set to launch its Premier Suites serviced apartments at Merrion Hall, in Dublin’s Ballsbridge, on September 8.
The Victorian property has been refurbished to create 46 suites, some with own private entrances and terraces, creating 10 jobs in the process.
Options include penthouse suites, loft style apartments, and one- and two-bedroom apartments. All have fully fitted kitchens with appliances from Siemens and Fisher and Paykel and a Nespresso machine. Each suite also has and individual wi-fi bubble and uncontended broadband together with HD IPTVs offering movies on demand and 100 international channels.
Facilities include a business centre, guest lounge, fitness centre, concierge service, housekeeping, laundry/dry cleaning and grocery delivery services.
This is the second Premier Suites in Dublin with the other being on Leeson Street.
