UK: Skyline Worldwide is set to open four new developments in London in early January.
The company plans to double its portfolio in the capital during 2015. Its first four new openings are in the City and Docklands, and will add 141 units to the company’s London portfolio.
The new London openings are:
• Gazzano Apartments – 10 two-bedroom apartments in Farringdon.
• St Dunstan’s Court – one-bedroom apartments in EC4
• Aberfeldy Village – five studio, 20 one-bedroom and five two-bedroom apartments in Docklands
• Greenwich Apartments – 23 one-bedroom, 39 two-bedroom and nine three-bedroom apartments
Skyline managing director Thiago Hahn said: “There has been a significant increase in the demand for serviced apartments in London and that’s why we are adopting such an aggressive expansion strategy for 2015 starting with the opening of these four brand new developments in just one month. Skyline Worldwide is growing at a phenomenal rate and 2015 is going to be an incredibly exciting year for us – as well as for our clients and guests – as we embark on a programme to double the number of units we own and operate in London in just six months and also to enhance guest experience to its maximum with all the new features in our apartments.”
A further two new developments in the City and one in Kensington will follow shortly bringing Skyline’s owner operated portfolio across London to more than 300 units by summer 2015, almost double its current stock. The company manages more than 30,000 apartments in total through its Skyline Network, based in 84 cities in 26 countries throughout EMEA.
From January, all of Skyline’s London properties (not just the new developments) will feature Sky, Nespresso coffee machines and high speed fibre optic internet where available.
