SP Setia to launch Kuala Lumpur serviced apartment towers

Malaysia: Developer SP Setia Bhd is set to launch its Trio By Setia scheme, a mixed-use project in Bukit Tinggi.

The project, which has a gross development value of RM571 million, will include 914 serviced apartments spread across three towers, 42 commercial units and retail space.

Construction on the 2.22 hectare site will start in Q2 2017, with 2017 with targeted delivery by Q4 2021.
The developer officially unveiled Trio’s sales gallery at the development site on Saturday.

For the upcoming launch, a 42-storey tower, comprising 426 serviced apartments, will be open for booking, said SP Setia divisional general manager Paul Soh in a statement. Occupants of the serviced apartments will have access to a wading pool, viewing deck, yoga deck, gymnasium, playground and multipurpose hall.

SP Setia is Malaysia’s biggest develop, and is also building the KL Eco City project.</p
