India: StayWell Hospitality Group has signed a management contract with VSR Infratech for a serviced apartments project in Sector 68 in Gurgaon, in Delhi NCR.
This is the second contract Australian company StayWell has signed with VSR Infratech, the being at Sector 114 Avenue in Gurgaon.
Both properties are under development and will be branded as Leisure Inn properties. Leisure Inn VSR Apartments Sector 68 will feature 86 one- and two-bedroom apartments, an all-day dining restaurant, swimming pool, spa and gym. The Sector 114 development will have 120 apartments, and facilities including serviced business suites.
StayWell Group operates 34 hospitality developments worldwide, 11 of which are serviced apartments. CEO and managing director Simon Wan said: “We have the operational, design, and legal expertise related to managing serviced apartments.”
It has also signed nine hotel projects in India, with two hotels already operational – one in Jaipur and another one in Gurgaon in Delhi NCR.
