Australia: Vanguard Pty Ltd is preparing a planning application to Logan City Council for a $160 million mixed-use development in Springwood.
The property will feature the region’s first four-star hotel, a cinema complex, medical centre, serviced apartments and retail units.
The development will be on the Watland Plaza site at 3406 Pacific Highway. Vanguard is in discussions with serviced apartment and hotel operators.</p
