US: Tharaldson Hospitality Management has opened the 147-key Residence Inn Grand Rapids Downtown.
Under a franchise agreement with Marriott International, THM will own and operate the new-build extended-stay property, which is located at 40 Louis Street NW.
The hotel offers free Wifi, free hot breakfast, an indoor pool, fitness centre, business centre, on-site laundry, grocery shopping service, a meeting room available for rent and the Residence Inn MixTM, a complimentary evening social for guests (not currently available during COVID-19 cleanliness protocols).
