Switzerland: VISIONAPARTMENTS has appointed Max Thorne as senior board director and Ralph Büsser as COO.
Both bring many years of experience in the real estate and serviced apartments sector to the table.
Thorne has more than 30 years of experience in the serviced apartments industry and has held senior roles at BridgeStreet Global Hospitality. He created the Beyonder aparthotel brand for Oaktree Capital Management’s platform, which was followed by the acquisition of SACO, and more recently was managing directr of hospitality for JLL. He also has a hospitality consulting firm, The MRP Group.
Ralph Büsser has 20 years of experience in the Swiss real estate development sector. He has held senior roles at numerous companies, and was also owner and founder of several firms, such as Blue Hour Invest AG and SOL Property AG. He specialises in business development, contract management, process analysis, design and optimisation.
