UAE: Sustainable hospitality group TLC Harmony has expanded its sustainable tourism initiatives in the UAE.

TLC Harmony is a hospitality group focussed on the promotion of sustainable travel and tourism and hospitality development. TLC targets areas which have the highest environmental harm such as Scope 3 supply chain emissions, biodiversity and more.

In the UAE, the organisation has launched several new initiatives – one of which includes TLC Harmony Estates. These projects are designed to blend luxury living with environmental stewardship.

Additionally, Net Zero Guaranteed Stays will be rolled out across the projects TLC has worked on. Guest stays at these properties will be carbon neutral, with emissions offset through various sustainability projects such as renewable energy investments and reforestation efforts.

The GABI (Greenhouse Gas and Biodiversity Impact) tool, which measures climate and biodiversity harm, will also be integrated across TLC’s operations in the UAE. The tool will allow TLC to provide detailed sustainability audits for its partners.

Nicki Page, founder of TLC Harmony, said: “I’m delighted to be aligned with the sustainable goals and visions of the UAE and GCC governments on behalf of the TLC Harmony team working in London, France, Lebanon and the Gulf.

“We are focused with our local experts to deliver sustainable outcomes for our people, our planet and business prosperity. We will continue to evolve an integrated total life cycle approach, led by our technology tested in the Emirates with leading global hotel brands.”
