UK: Three Staybridge Suites hotels managed by Cycas Hospitality have been named winners at the IHG Europe Hotel Star Awards 2016.
Staybridge Suites London – Stratford City picked up the award for Hotel of the Year for the brand. This award celebrates “outstanding performance in serving guests, owners, employees and the community”.
The Guest Love HeartBeat Award, given for achieving the highest levels of excellence with outstanding guest satisfaction scores was awarded to Staybridge Suites Newcastle. Staybridge Suites London – Stratford City and Staybridge Suites London – Vauxhall were also finalists in the same category, which demonstrates “exceptional performance going the extra mile to achieve an outstanding HeartBeat score”. Kirsten Jones from Staybridge Suites Liverpool won Best Colleague of the Year award.
