UK: Urban Stay has announced it is the first London serviced apartment operator to provide pet-specific welcome packs and guides for guests and their pets.
The company offers two different welcome packs in its pet-friendly apartments – one for cats and one for dogs. Guests will find specific treats and toys for either their cat or dog, tailored to their size. The company says: “We include a custom Urban Stay carrier bag, customised printed guide for the human to learn all about the pet essentials in their new neighbourhood, a dog or cat toy, bag of dog/cat treats, cat/dog bowl, pet first aid kit, and soon to be much more to come!”
