South Africa: WINK Aparthotels will take over management of Quivertree Stellenbosch on August 1st.
The move is WINK’s first endeavour under new owners Indalo Hotels & Leisure, which bought the flag from Flyt Property Investment two weeks ago.
Quivertree is a Flyt Property Investment development that features 27 two-bedroom apartments and 75 studios. The building will also soon see the addition of the WINK brand’s signature eatery, a WINK Cafe.
The new development, which offers fully-furnished units with kitchens, serves both long-term and short stay tenants.
The WINK Aparthotels group manages a collection of aparthotel properties throughout Western Cape in South Africa.
Flyt Property Investment is a Cape-based property development and investment team.
