US: WoodSpring Hotels has opened WoodSpring Suites Tampa Brandon, a 122-key extended-stay hotel.
The asset is owned by Liberty Investment Properties and operated by Overland Park Hotel Management & Consulting LLC.
WoodSpring Suites Tampa Brandon is located at 2450 S. Falkenburg Road, eight miles away from downtown Tampa and four miles from Brandon. It offers access to Apollo Beach, Plant City and Clearwater, while Tampa International Airport is within 20 miles and several Hillsborough Area Transit Authority routes are easily accessible.
The four-storey property comprises rooms featuring in-room kitchens, equipped with a full-size refrigerator, two-burner stove top and microwave. Additionally, the hotel is pet friendly and community amenities include vending machines, guest laundry, expanded lobby space, complimentary coffee and a fitness centre.
