UK: A dual branded Adagio and Novotel development in Leicester is set to be complete by the end of the year.
The £50 million development will see a 154-room Novotel created alongside a 98-room aparthotel for Adagio.
Interior design consultancy Koncept ID is working alongside Charles Street Buildings on the launch of the property, which will be in the city’s former Great Central Railway site on Vaughan Way opposite the Highcross shopping centre.
Konceot ID is responsible for the design and fit-out of public areas, which include the lobby café and co-working space, as well as restaurant, bar, meeting rooms and gym. Koncept also worked alongside sister company, Leach Rhodes Walker Architects, on the project’s room implementation.
