Yays opens for bookings in The Hague

Netherlands: Yays has opened a 53-key aparthotel on Koninginnegracht in The Hague.

The former office building has been renovated and converted into a Yays aparthotel and is now open for bookings.

Steven Smit, chief investment and development officer at Yays, said: “Every European city deserves a Yays. We are very pleased to open in The Hague, a city with strong leisure and business demand, attracting guests for which our Yays apartments are an excellent match.”

CEO Peter Heule added: “We are honoured to give this office building a ‘new life’ with Yays and contributing to the development of The Hague. We look forward to welcoming the first guests and offering them this unique entrance to the city. “
