UK: Your Apartment will launch seven brand new serviced apartments in Shepherd’s Bush, west London this spring.
Following the brand’s launch in Milton Keynes and Arabica House in 2022, co-founders Charlie and Toby Guest are launching a second London location in the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
Director and co-founder Toby Guest said: “After we launched Your Apartment – Brixton back in late 2021, we’ve been forming some really exciting new partnerships with local landlords across the UK and London to secure the next wave of design-considered serviced apartments and aparthotels under the Your Apartment brand.”
Located on Askew Road, Your Apartment – Shepherd’s Bush will be home to four two-bedroom apartments, and three one-bedroom apartments. Two of the two-bed apartments are maisonettes set over two floors.
Each apartment will have an open plan living, dining, and kitchen space, including 50″ Smart TVs with Chromecast. The bedrooms have USB charging plugs, Hypnos mattresses and a selection of ‘Your Apartment’ signature pillows.
All of the west London serviced apartments will come with bike storage, Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machines, SMEG kettles and toasters, and discounts on local gyms, restaurants and grocery delivery.
Toby Guest said: “Each new project we take on we’re always striving to outdo ourselves. Your Apartment – Shepherds Bush is no exception. We’re pushing the boundaries to incorporate a renewed focus on lifestyle-orientated approach to design. Alongside this, we’re incorporating our bold and playful palette, but also including more calming corners to unwind after a long day and busy day navigating the neighbourhoods of London.”
