UK: Pro Auction Ltd will sell the entire contents of The Other House South Kensington in a three-day auction 28-30th July 2026.
The clearance spans 11 Victorian townhouses, requiring the absolute removal of 230 luxury guest “Club Flats”, the private members’ bars, wellness spaces, and commercial kitchens.
Items include a 30-foot chandelier, upholstered velvet armchairs, custom leather headboards, a bespoke timber whiskey locker, rugs, sofas, cabinets, and more. The full digital catalogue is now live.
Designed by Bergman Design House, The Other House South Kensington opened in 2022. The site, along with three others in London, has recently been acquired by a joint venture between AENDRE Group, Lifestyle Hospitality Capital, and One Investment Management.
Simon Rose, director at Pro Auction, said: “This is a clearance on an unprecedented scale for South Kensington. Because the auction is entirely unreserved, items that cost thousands of pounds to custom-commission will start at a fraction of their value. We are opening the doors to a private world, allowing hoteliers, interior designers, and private buyers to walk in and take home bespoke British craftsmanship with zero lead time.”
A four-day public viewing window beginning 27th July 2026 (from 9am-4pm BST daily) will be held on-site, allowing prospective buyers to inspect the lots firsthand.
The auction will be conducted live on-site (10am BST daily) by Pro Auction. A simultaneous global webcast allowing buyers to bid online in real-time.
