France: Serviced apartment operator Cityus has established a dedicated French corporate entity and expanded its portfolio in Paris.

Alongside its legal structuring, Cityus has added studio and one-bedroom apartments across the 7th, 8th and 17th arrondissements of Paris.

All apartments are fully furnished with dedicated workspaces, fully equipped kitchens, and in-unit laundry facilities. The properties cater to business travellers, international project teams, and relocating professionals, with bookings driven through B2B corporate mobility channels and relocation agencies.

The company operates on a minimum stay policy of one month.

Bella Nokes, founder and CEO of Cityus, said: “Establishing a French entity is an essential structural milestone for Cityus as we strengthen our presence and expand our portfolio across key French cities, including Paris, Grenoble, Bordeaux, Toulouse and Nantes.

“Corporate mobility stakeholders face acute inventory shortages for high-grade, fully compliant residential stays in central Paris,” she added. “By pairing a robust local presence with our booking, property management and customer care teams, we offer relocation partners the institutional reliability and personalised service they require when relocating their employees.”
