Worldwide: Frasers Hospitality, a business unit of Frasers Property, has introduced The Wellness Edit, a global programme designed to integrate practical rituals into its portfolio.

The Wellness Edit programme has been co-developed with Frasers Hospitality’s wellness expert, Heike Cushway.

It is structured around three pillars:

  • Mind and stillness – regulates the nervous system, supports restorative sleep
  • Renew and thrive – recovery, nourishment and vitality practices
  • Flow and from – accessible movement and mobility

The programme is designed to require no specialist knowledge, equipment, or fixed schedule. It includes breath work, meditation,  stretching, and evening wind-down rituals.

At participating properties, guests may also access curated wellness experiences such as tea rituals, movement classes, sound baths, and guided recovery sessions.

The Wellness Edit will be adapted across Frasers Hospitality’s brands and properties:

“The Wellness Edit is designed to make wellbeing feel simple, intuitive, and achievable,” said Cushway. “Rather than asking guests to step away from their routines, the programme supports small, repeatable rituals that can be woven into the way they live, work, rest, and recover while travelling. That consistency is what helps wellbeing become part of everyday life.”

Chew Hang Song, COO of Frasers Hospitality, said: “Through simple, meaningful routines that support how our guests and residents rest, move, and recover every day, we hope to help them feel more balanced, restored, and connected while away from home.”

The programmewill progressively launch across Frasers Hospitality’s serviced apartments from August 2026.

The upcoming Fraser Suites property at One Bangkok, scheduled to open in December 2026, will be among the first properties to implement The Wellness Edit.
