
US: Q&A Residential Hotel, the first short-stay aparthotel property from Furnished Quarters opens on November 25th.
Situated in the Manhattan’s Financial District, the property will offer short-stay live-work suites available for up to 30 days, allowing for shorter stays than traditional furnished apartments. Q&A Residential Hotel will be located on floors three to six of the Art Deco skyscraper 70 Pine, known as the former AIG world headquarters.
Q&A Residential Hotel features 132 apartment-sized suites (ranging from 500 to 1,400 square feet) featuring a full-sized kitchen, bespoke furniture, king-size beds across all suite categories, and smart TVs with streaming capability
Guests can enjoy amenities and in-building offerings including a La Palestra fitness and wellness centre, artisanal Australian coffee shop Black Fox Coffee, and a 13,000 square feet Urban Market. Restaurateur Ken Friedman and Michelin-starred chef April Bloomfield are confirmed to open and operate a four-level dining and drinking complex at the top of the 66-storey building.
