UK: Native by Numa, the lifestyle aparthotel arm of NUMA Group, has revealed four property openings across London and Edinburgh this year, as well as the relaunch of Native Hyde Park.
Opening in 2026:
- Native Fulham Broadway (spring) – 41 studios and apartments in West Brompton
- Native Fitzrovia (autumn) – 30 units in the West End
- Native Edinburgh, Thistle Street (autumn) – 72 apartments in New Town
- Native Leith, Edinburgh (winter) – 45 units inspired by the area’s industrial heritage
Native Hyde Park has also been renovated and relaunched last month, February 2026. The Grade II-listed property features 62 rooms and apartments.

Over the past 12 months, Native by Numa has increased its total number of units by 30 per cent with a 17 per cent lift in year-on-year direct revenue growth.
Native was acquired by Numa Group in 2024, which added 800 units across London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow to Numa’s portfolio.
