NUMA rolls out multi-brand model with Spain launch for Native

UK/Spain: Tech-enabled hospitality platform NUMA has launched a multi-brand strategy across Europe, introducing the premium Native by Numa brand with its first deal in Spain. 

The group will now operate with two brands: NUMA, and the newly introduced premium brand Native by Numa, which follows the acquisition and integration of Native Places in the UK. 

Native by Numa is positioned as the lifestyle luxury arm of the group. The brand currently has 20 properties and 1,000 units signed in the UK and will expand into Europe for the first time with a project in Spain. NUMA Group is targeting institutional investors with properties between 80-300 units in locations such as Rome, Paris, Zurich, Nice, Naples, Dublin, Athens, and Vienna.
