US: Stay Sojo, the furnished living brand by Mainsail Lodging & Development, has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract, a designation that allows federal agencies to book fully furnished apartments for stays of 30 nights or longer.
The MAS contract positions Stay Sojo as a pre-approved vendor for agencies including FEMA, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. It enables both individual travellers and large group deployments to access flexible housing solutions nationwide.
Stay Sojo offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes in more than 200 cities. Units include fully equipped kitchens, in-suite laundry, work-friendly spaces, and many are pet-friendly. Guests are also supported with centralised account management and consolidated invoicing.
The contract, awarded on 7 July 2025, runs through to 6 July 2030. With the designation, Stay Sojo can expand support from single travellers to large-scale government deployments, including disaster recovery teams.
Jana Collier, managing partner at Stay Sojo said: “Earning a GSA MAS contract is a significant milestone for Stay Sojo and the Mainsail family. Government agencies can now connect with us easily for housing solutions, knowing we’ve been fully vetted and approved.”
