Worldwide: Serviced accommodation provider Synergy Global Housing has joined Ascott Star Rewards (ASR), the global loyalty program of The Ascott Limited.
Synergy will now provide a points-based loyalty program to its clients, where guests staying at participating properties can earn and redeem points across Ascott’s brands including Citadines, lyf, Oakwood, Somerset, The Crest Collection and The Unlimited Collection.
The ASR program offers members exclusive prices and rewards such as air tickets, tours and activities. Additional benefits include late check-out, entry to local attractions and experiences, and more.
Points can be earned through purchasing stays across any participating property or when referring friends and family to the program. ASR members can also purchase points.
Synergy will begin offering the program for new bookings at two of its New York City properties: Synergy Chelsea and Synergy Madison. Additional properties and locations throughout the US and EMEA regions will follow.

In 2017, Ascott bought an 80 per cent stake in Synergy.
