Worldwide: Serviced apartment agent SilverDoor has launched its directly managed portfolio of premium serviced apartments, Synergy by SilverDoor.
Synergy by SilverDoor was created following the merger of SilverDoor and Synergy Global Housing in August 2025. It is led by chief product officer Leslie O’Brien and CEO Stuart Winstone.
Every Synergy by SilverDoor apartment is leased and operated directly by SilverDoor. The portfolio has launched with flagship properties in London, Dublin, Silicon Valley, and New York, with future growth targeted across the US and Europe.
