France: The 132-unit Adagio Access Nanterre Aparthotel has opened in La Défense, Paris, marking the latest property to open in partnership with Sergic.
The 132 units include three family rooms and four accessible apartments.
Amenities include self-service laundry, a 24/7 gym, bar, and parking.
The property also features a number of sustainability initiatives including temperature limits in common areas, water-saving faucets and shower heads, serving local products at breakfast, and more.
In the Île-de-France region, Adagio now operates 41 properties divided between 21 Adagio Access and 20 Adagio Original. Three additional openings are planned in the region in 2026.
