US: Choice Hotels International has opened its 30th Everhome Suites extended stay hotel with a property in Georgetown, Texas.
The hotel is located near Austin and is expected to attract guests visiting major employers in the area such as Dell Technologies, Whole Foods Market and Southwestern University, along with workers connected to the area’s growing manufacturing businesses.
Every suite features a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include the Homebase Market for snacks and everyday essentials, a fitness centre, on-site laundry facilities, and free parking.
Choice Hotels launched the Everhome Suites brand back in 2022 and said it has now achieved 11 consecutive quarters of double-digit growth in extended stay rooms.
The company currently has eight Everhome Suites hotels under construction and another 40 in development as of the first quarter of 2026.
