US: Marriott has launched an Element-branded extended stay hotel in downtown New Orleans’ Central Business District.
The 216-key, newly-built hotel is designed for both short- and long-term stays. Each guest room or suite will feature a kitchen along with separate lounge and work spaces.
Amenities include a fitness centre, complimentary breakfast, bicycle rentals and a 624 square foot meeting space.
The hotel is managed by Bentley Legacy Group and is located at 221 O’Keefe Avenue.
“We’re proud to manage Element New Orleans Downtown in a city known for its hospitality, culture, and energy,” Bentley Legacy Group president Matt Berge said. “This property reflects a thoughtful approach to design and guest comfort, offering travellers a true home-away-from-home experience in a prime New Orleans location.”
