Ireland: Hilton has opened its first Home2 Suites property in Europe, located in Dublin City Centre.
Home2 Suites by Hilton Dublin City Centre, developed by JMK Group, offers 290 studios and one-bedroom suites that feature a kitchen and separate work and living areas.
Amenities include a breakfast lounge, a combined fitness and laundry facility, and a self-service area offering snacks and drinks.
Stephen Cassidy, SVP UK and Ireland for Hilton, said: “The opening of Home2 Suites by Hilton Dublin City Centre is a major milestone for Hilton, bringing the brand to Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for the first time.
“This opening reflects the growing demand we’re seeing from both business and leisure travellers for flexible, apartment-style accommodation with the comfort and quality you’d expect from Hilton.”
Home2 Suites by Hilton, which launched in 2009, currently has 800 hotels in operation with another 750 in its development pipeline. The vast majority of existing hotels are located in North America and China.
