US: Aparthotel operator Kasa has opened a 47-unit property in Boston, located in the city’s Fenway district.
Kasa Boston at Fenway is located in the luxury residential tower Pierce Boston. Developed by Samuels & Associates, the tower includes 109 condominium units and 240 rental apartments with ground-floor restaurants, services, and retailers.
Kasa’s 47 apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, nine-foot ceilings, fully equipped kitchens, and in-unit washer and dryers.
The property is powered by Kasa’s proprietary hospitality operating system, which features AI-driven dynamic pricing, tech-enabled services, and 24/7 guest support.
Guests also have access to the building’s amenities, including a fitness centre, entertainment lounge, conference facilities, and communal social spaces.
