India: Developer Saya Group has partnered with Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, to manage 336 fully-serviced suites at its mixed-use project Saya SouthX in Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh.
Located on the seventh to 25th floors of Saya SouthX, each suite averages 668 square-feet and will be operated and managed by Lemon Tree Hotels under the BIZTOP brand. BIZTOP is positioned as premium offering designed to cater to long-stay business travellers.
The wider Saya SouthX development includes retail outlets, fine dining, food courts, a gym, infinity pool, and more.
