US: Extended stay hotel brand LivAway Suites has expanded in Arizona with a ground breaking in Mesa.
The property marks the fifth in Arizona for LivAway Suites. It is scheduled to open in autumn 2026.
Rooms will offer full in-room kitchens and lounge areas with 50″ smart TVs. The property will also feature laundry facilities.
Guests of LivAway Mesa can participate in the brand’s SavAway club membership, as well as receive exclusive extended stay rates and early booking discounts.
“Reflecting on our first groundbreaking in Nashville two years ago, LivAway Suites has expanded at an incredible pace, supported by strong market fundamentals and a disciplined development approach,” said Kevin Dailey, chief operating officer of LivAway Suites.
“Mesa is a thriving hub of technology and industry. By bringing our fifth Arizona location to this dynamic market, we’re building out a high-performing regional footprint while delivering a modern, affordable product that resonates with extended-stay guests,” he added.
With the Mesa site, LivAway Suites has 22 locations open or under development, with an additional 12–15 groundbreakings planned for 2026.
