UK: The Grade II-listed aparthotel Native Hyde Park, overlooking Sussex Gardens in London, has reopened following a £2 million refurbishment.

Located directly opposite Hyde Park and close to Paddington Station, the property offers 62 rooms with the addition of new double rooms, alongside studios and one and two-bedroom apartments, many with kitchenettes.

Upgrades include newly fitted kitchenettes and bathrooms as well as Dyson cooling systems. Interiors feature mid-century inspired furniture, upgraded finishes, and original period details.

Amenities at Native Hyde Park also include coworking and lounge areas, as well as a laundry room.

Philip Lassman, managing director at NUMA Group UK, said: “This £2 million investment in Native Hyde Park reflects our continued commitment to enhancing both our properties and the guest experience. Hyde Park is one of London’s most iconic neighbourhoods, and this refurbishment ensures the building’s heritage is thoughtfully preserved while introducing modern design and technology that today’s traveller expects.

“As demand for high-quality aparthotel accommodation continues to grow, particularly among guests seeking greater flexibility and space, Native Hyde Park exemplifies how we are evolving our portfolio to meet that shift,” he added.
