Philippines: Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG), the hospitality arm of Singapore-based UOL Group Limited, has signed a management agreement for the PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Manila Bay.
Set to open in 2027, the PARKROYAL property will be located within a mixed-use, two-tower development in Metro Manila. It will feature 169 serviced suites including studio, one and two-bedroom units.
The wider development will comprise additional office and retail space.
Choe Peng Sum, CEO of PPHG, said: “Across Southeast Asia, we’re seeing a clear shift towards longer stays driven by traditional corporate travel, relocations, multi-generational trips, extended assignments, and project-based group stays that blur the lines between work and leisure.
